Change. Uncertainty. These are both two things we can count on to be constant during our lifetime. Whether we are adults or children, we learn to understand that challenging situations and unique circumstances can result in difficult struggles, but beautiful growth. As we all deal with COVID-19 and adapting to the “new norm”, we know resilience, kindness and authentic support will get us through each day. At Epworth Children and Family Services, we welcome community members from all walks of life, races, socioeconomic backgrounds, cultures, genders, and identities. We stand beside and with kids, teens, families, colleagues, and supporters who make up our wonderful community. We are deep rooted in supporting change for the betterment of life and prosperity physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We are passionate about the work that we do, to be able to purposely serve the needs of others. Epworth stands by the saying, “We are only as strong as our community.”

We lead with our souls and most importantly, commit to the progress of all families. This is why we are wanting to reaffirm our mission to creatively show our support, to ensure communities that we are here. We are here to stand with you. We are here to produce change. We are here with our hearts. In collaboration with our very own St. Louis based artist, Cbabi Bayoc, we’ve worked tirelessly to create representation for all children and families to say, we hear and see you. Your pain can be turned into beauty. We invite you July 15 at 4PM to come to our main campus, 110 N. Elm Avenue. Join us in the unveiling of our new wall Mural, designed and painted by Cbabi Bayoc.
